Thank you, David.
These are issues that I know matter, but I see none of our national leaders addressing it. This maybe the weakest class of leaders, whether in politics or business that I've ever seen. It is all about CYA and make a quick buck.
This kinds of things that I address here are the only ways we'll get out of this mess.

What you have done here is profound to me, because it allows for a means to act, and apply a solution of sorts, assuming that by our actions we intend to be a part of a solution. I see a lot of power in this template you have written. Impressive. Truly.
