Chapeau! This is a great summary of the future, and what it needs... Anyone could be part of the initiative generation. No matter if you have passed the stages of the Gen XYZ... (you name it!) generations that all (modern) media is trying to understand nowadays. However, leadership needs to encourage people to elaborate on initiative that drives change. Initiative that asks tough questions. Initiative that is greedy for knowledge. Initiative that allows the asymmetric way of working. Initiative that opens ears and minds. "Minds are like parachutes. They only function when open," said James Dewar. Some leadership people need to understand this before they start thinking about the initiative generation...

I am not sure if it is just the time we live in, but this post strikes me with an incredible amount of resonance. It locates the solutions from it's advocacy of youth empowering organizations, right down to the drawing of the straightest line when you point out that what we are after is the initiation of leader FULL organizations when looking towards how an effective culture ought to be structured. Great work. Thanks again Ed.
